Yantai Sunny Hexing Environment Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. (later as “Sunny EP”) is a Sino-British joint venture company with majority holding by Nuclear Industry Yantai Tongxing Industries Co., Ltd. As a manufacturer of equipment of scien-tech environmental protection integrated with technical design, product development, production, distribution and marketing, Sunny EP mainly focuses on the development of solid-liquid separation technique, with its successful development of a number of special technology on solid-liquid separation covering DU series of vacuum belt hydroextractor, DI series belt vacuum filter, HVPF series full automatic vertical frame filter press, TC series ceramic vacuum filter. Sunny EP is mainly engaged in engineering design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and technical enquiry service on solid-liquid separation in such sectors as environmental protection, mining, chemicals and metallurgy.

Sunny EP has been active in introducing and digestion of advanced technology from abroad, having close cooperation with a number of universities and scientific research institutes at home and abroad. Favorable cooperation is a great help in promoting the company’s R&D level. Its R&D strength and sufficient technical reserve can meet various demands of the customers, leading all the time with its product technique overseas. Its cooperation with British Sunny Group has achieved great success in application and promotion of gypsum hydroextracting equipment in FGD through wet-process -- vacuum belt filter (hydroextractor). It has been widely used in FGD projects of more than 160 power plants in China and worldwide.
